Dharawad: As the last day of nomination papers draws nearer candidates are making their candidature through a show of strength. Accordingly the BJP candidate of Kundagola Assembly Constituency M. R. Patil who has aroused great interest, conducted a huge road show and submitted his nomination papers again.
Thousands of activists along with Chanj Mela, Karadi Kunita, Majalu and other artistic troupes arrived from Kalidasa Nagar, market route to Tahasildar in a vehicle taken from the Ghadi Maremma Temple in Kundagola town. On this occasion Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and other leaders supported.
Saffron shawl and lotus flag were displayed in the road show. Activists chanted Patil’s name. Along with this, slogans in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and Minister C. C. Patil were heard.
