Failing to produce RT-PCR: 41 travellers from Maha sent back from checkpost

Belagavi: As many as 41 Maharashtra travellers who did not have negative RT-PCR reports were sent back from the Koganolli check post on the Maharashtra-Karnataka border here on the morning of February 1.

According to sources, the passengers were on board two private buses en route from Mumbai to Bengaluru.
A complaint has been under the provisions of the Karnataka Epidemic Diseases Act, informed CPI Sangamesh Shivogi.
