Haveri: Member of Parliament Tejasvi Surya has lambasted against former chief minister Siddaramaiah for blaming the Mangaluru City Police in connection to the recent CAA protest violence.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, December 25 he said, “Siddaramaiah says that the police have leaked the CCTV video footages and tried to disrupt peace and harmony of the district. By saying so, he is demoralizing and demotivating the police force. I request him not to use the police force for political gains. This also applies to former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy.”
Meanwhile, the parliamentarian said that the police had done their duty by releasing the videos of the violent protest against CAA in Mangaluru and revealed the facts of rioters to the media.
