Belagavi: A team of Income Tax sleuths from Karnataka and Goa on Monday November 8 searched several prominent jewellery shops and their residences in the City, and verified their accounts as well as documents.
The IT officials raided Potdar Jewellers at Khade Bazaar and his Jadhav Nagar house. The officials also searched shops and residences of Vijay Bafna and Purushottam Bafna in Gokak town.
The raids were conducted following the intelligence inputs.
