Belagavi: During today’s Congress Legislature Party Meeting at Belagavi Mr Manjunath Bhandary who won the recently held Legislative Council election from the local bodies constituency of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi was felicitated by Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Mr Siddaramaiah and President of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee Mr D.
