Bengaluru: Rape charges against Karthik Gowda, son of Union minister Sadananda Gowda will be dropped as the FSL report stated that the allegations made by Mythreya stands false.
The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has submitted a report in connection with the Mythreya Gowda rape case.
According to sources, the reports stated that the sweat drops and semen found on Mythreya’s clothes were not of Karthik, thereby proving the allegations made by Mythreya as false.
However, the mobile phone recordings of the conversation between the two have proved that the voice is of Karthik. According to sources, investigation will be carried out after getting more reports in this regard.
On August 27, 2014, Mythreya Gowda had lodged a complaint in RT Nagar police station against Karthik alleging that she was raped and cheated by him.
