At least 23 candidates from Karnataka clear UPSC mains

Bengaluru: At least 23 candidates from Karnataka have cleared the UPSC mains, the results of which were announced on Friday night. Rahul Sharanappa Sankanur from Hubballi, who secured the 17th rank, topped in the state.

Speaking about his achievement, Rahul, nephew of BJP MLC V S Sankanala and an engineering graduate, stated that his hard work paid off.

The other candidates include Lakshmi N (45), Akash S (78), Kruthika (100), Koushik HR (240), Vivek HB (257), Nivedita Balaraddiyavar (303), Girish Dharmaraj Kalagonda (307), Mirza Qadir Baig (336), Tejas UP (338), Harshavardana BJ (352), Pakkiresh Kallappa Badami (372), Nagarjuna B Gowda (418), Ashwija BV (423), Manjunath R (495), Brinda S (496), Hemanth N (612), Shruthi MK (637), Venkataram (694), Ashok Kumar S (711), Raghavendra N (739), Santosh H (753) and Shashikiran S (754).
