Belagavi: An Indian Army soldier from District suffered a heart attack and passed away in a military hospital in Aurangabad, Maharashtra on Tuesday September 13.
The deceased has been identified as Shankara Balappa Yaligara (33) of Melmatti village.
The soldier’s mortal remains will be brought to his native village on Wednesday September 14, informed the police. The casket will be taken in a procession through the village’s streets before holding the last rites.
