Bengaluru: 2,250 consumers participate in Vidyut Adalat

Bengaluru: As many as 2,250 consumers participated in Bescom’s Vidyut Adalat programme which was held in eight districts on Saturday October 15.

Bescom said in a statement that over 950 applications were received, many of which were disposed of on the spot.
The Adalat that took place on Saturday was the fifth in a series that began in June.

The Adalat was held under the direction of Energy Minister Sunil Kumar V.

The Minister claimed that these forums will contribute to speedy remedies for rural consumers’ power-related issues.
