Bengaluru: CM’s Media Coordinator Gurulingaswamy passes away

Bengaluru: Gurulingaswamy Holimath, who served as Media Coordinator of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has passed away on the morning of Monday August 22 after suffering chest pain while working out in the gym. He is said to have suffered cardiac arrest.

Gurulingaswamy went to the gym this morning and was working out. when he complained of chest pain was immediately rushed to Nagarabhavi Unity Life Hospital where he breathed his last.

Originally a resident of Ramadurga in Belagavi District, Gurulingaswamy had served as the Press Secretary even when Basavaraj Bommai was the Home Minister and before that had worked in various newspapers and TV channels in different capacities.
