Bengaluru: The Congress State unit decided to intensify its campaign for the upcoming State Assembly election. From February 3, it has decided to launch a 360-angle campaign through which all households in the State will be covered.
It will be a 35 days campaign in which party leaders and activists will visit every household with pamphlets of party assurances for the people of the State.
“A team of 50 activists will be formed in every constituency. They need to visit 2,500 houses per day,” explained a party leader. “For the first time, Congress State leadership launched such a massive campaign,” he said.
Meanwhile, the party also asked its cadets to approach the members of the women’s self-help groups and rope in artists and others to carry out the campaign in every booth. As many as 500 autos will be branded in all the constituencies.
