Bengaluru: A 52-year-old bank employee ended his life by jumping in front of a train on Sunday July 25.
The deceased has been identified as Nandakumar, a resident of Nagadevanahalli.
According to sources, Nandakumar recently took loan from an online app, but he struggled to make the interest payments on time. This made the loan sharks upset and they used his photo to blackmail Nandakumar.
Nandakumar filed a case with the cybercrime police.
However, the loan shark continued blackmail Nandakumar during this time. This made him depressed, and on July 25, he jumped in front of a train.
Nandakumar demanded for action to be taken against the online loan app in his death note.
