Bengaluru: A private clinic employee who worked as both a receptionist and a marketer is accused of escaping after stealing Rs. 19 lakh from his workplace in Doddannekundi, near Marathahalli.
The accused has been identified as John and Cardiologist Dr. Jaibabu K. has filed a complaint against him.
As per the complaint, Christi, who is one of his staff approached him and said his driver Mathew needed the car key. The doctor gave the key to Christi. However, Mathew returned the doctor’s key, which he claimed to have taken from the receptionist John. The cupboard key of the clinic is suspected to be in the same bunch.
