Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa said that the BJP’s National Executive Meeting in Delhi was “very good” and discussions were being held on the political situation in the country and states.
Speaking to the mediapersons, he said that discussions were held on the strategies required to win elections in the State. He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had guided him for about an hour and a half.
“We came back with great enthusiasm. We want to strengthen the party and bring the BJP back to power in the State, he said and added that work is being done in this direction.
Modi, Amit Shah and Nadda will give more time to the State. We will win more than 140 seats,” he said.
MLAs and activists should work more so that they can instill confidence in everyone, he said and advised all to take minority Muslim communitiy along.
He further said, “We are already fine with them. They have to respect and repose confidence in us.”
