Bengaluru: JDS is not confined to the old Mysuru region alone, said Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy and added that he is organising the party across the State. He also announced that the party’s ambitious Pancharatna Rath Yatra will be flagged off on Kannada Rajyotsava Day on November 1.
Addressing a press conference at the party’s State office here on Thursday October 6, he said that preparations are already underway. Vehicles are also being prepared for this, he said.
“We have already started an organisation in the Kalyana Karnataka region. Through these programmes, we will show the existence of JD (S) in North Karnataka,” he said.
“During the Assembly elections, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will campaign for the JD (S). Both the parties have discussed the issue,” he said.
