Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on Monday January 9 launched the FixMyStreet mobile application for the public to report complaints related to potholes in the City.
For now, the application is only available on Android phones and one can share the location and picture of the pothole while addressing the complaint.
Before this, the application was accessible only by engineers and they reviewed the pothole-filling activity through the same.
BBMP Chief Commissioner Tushar Girinath reviewed the application. Further, he has directed the engineers to take the complaints seriously and immediately take necessary action.
