Bengaluru: BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel on Wednesday August 3 met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the murder of a Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha member in the Dakshina Kannada District.
According to a BJP statement, Kateel thanked Shah for allowing the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to investigate the brutal murder of Praveen Nettar, who was in the Nettaru village in Bellare’s Dakshina Kannada District by motorcycle-borne youth.
“Kateel also urged the Home Minister to direct the NIA officials to keenly investigate the matter,” read the statement.
Shah assured Kateel that the NIA officials will take the matter seriously and that those responsible are given severe punishment.
