Bengaluru: In connection with Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) recruitement scam, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at 11 places is the State including the residences of Additional Director General of Police Amrit Paul, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the Recruitment Division Shanthakumar, and other suspects on Thursday November 10.
The searches started about 11.00 am and continued until late at night. The residences of ADGP Amrit Paul in Sahakara Nagara, his farm in Chikkaballapura, and Deputy Superintendent of Police Shanthakumar in the Aadugodi Police Quarters were among those raided.
ED reported that they had seized certain documents, some gold jewellery, and a small amount of money.
