Bengaluru Rural: Two bikers were killed on the spot after being hit by a Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) garbage truck near Hulikunte in the District on the evening of Monday November 28.
The deceased have been identified as Mahesh (27) and Maruthi (24), residents of Marankunte Village in Nelamangala Taluk. As soon as the truck hit two-wheeler, locals noticed that the driver of the BBMP garbage truck tried to flee from the spot. They caught hold of the driver and handed him over to the police.
