The woman, a mother of a six-year-old and a nine-month-old, had initially booked a cab for her daughter but later found an auto-rickshaw. Despite her attempts to explain and apologize, the driver persisted, leading to her filing a complaint with the authorities. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of personal information shared with cab aggregators. The police are currently searching for the accused driver.
