Bengaluru: Karnataka state BJP leaders on Saturday, November 7, approached Governor Vajubhai Vala seeking immediate ouster of Social Welfare Minister Anjaneya.
In a memorandum submitted to the Governor, the BJP stated that Anjaneya’s continuation as the Minister would certainly jeopardize the public’s faith in democracy. Not only that, the delegation also urged the Governor to probe all transactions in the Social Welfare Department, as according to them, many more scams would be exposed.
The BJP also alleged that law and order in the state had been deteriorating under Siddaramaiah’s rule.
