Bengaluru: Following a war of words between MP Pratap Simha, and two MLAs S. A. Ramadas and L. Nagendra, BJP State leadership has directed all the leaders to show restraint and stop giving statements and counter statements.

It can be recalled here that these three leaders were involved in a bitter war of words over the gas supply through pipeline in the Mysuru City. Two MLAs, Ramadas and Nagendra allegedly forced the postponement of the MCC meeting by creating quorum shortage through their supporters as the meeting was called to give permission to the project.

A Senior BJP leader informed NewsKarnataka that party State leaders spoke to all the three leaders and asked them to maintain silence. They assured that soon a meeting of all the leaders will be convened to find a solution.

MP Pratap Simha is demanding the implementation of this project through which 40,000 houses in the Mysuru City will be supplied with cheap natural gas. However MLAs allege that it will cause damage to the City roads which were repaired, recently.
