Bengaluru: The Customs and Intelligence units of the Kempegowda International Airport have arrested three and seized drugs worth Rs. 9.82 Crore. Among the arrested one is a Nigerian national.
The drugs arrived in two consignments. The contraband was procured from Zambia and Belgium.
Among the drugs seized, there were a kilogram of heroin of total worth Rs. 7 crore and 4.581 kgs of ecstasy pills worth Rs 2.82 Crore.
A case has been registered under the Narcotics and Psychotropic Drug Substance Act.
