Bengaluru: Prajwal Revanna, son of former minister H D Revanna and grandson of former prime minister H D Devegowda has again left the party red-faced. After shocking the party by stating that suitcase culture is rampant in the party a few months ago, now he has stated that party is facing threat because of ‘bucket culture'(sycophancy).
Speaking at Rajarajeshwarinagar constituency of the city on Wednesday, Prajwal Revanna alleged that he had the dream of becoming an MLA from Hunasuru constituency, which could not be realised due to few bucket leaders.
“Earlier suitcase, now bucket,” he said.
“Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy are like two pillars for me. Why should I speak about them. Few thieves and buckets are playing dirty politics in my name. They ensured that I was not given ticket from Hunasur segment,” he said.
According to the sources, Prajwal Revanna is all set to contest from Rajarajeshwarinagar constituency against film producer, Congress MLA Munirathna. “As RR Nagar has high Vokkaliga votes he is expecting easy win,” said sources.
