Bengaluru: Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the State Cabinet will be expanded or revamped only after the completion of State Budget session.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Sunday March 13, Joshi said that there will be no talk of a Cabinet reshuffle in the state until April 8. He said this before taking part in a major welcome rally for guiding the BJP to a huge victory in Uttarakhand as the party’s election In-Charge in the State. He also said that the party’s High Command is discussing the appointment of new Chief Ministers for the four states in which the party has won.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s four visits to Uttarakhand, shifted the political scenario for the BJP, Joshi added.
“People of the four States have reimposed Modi’s popularity by voting BJP back to power,” he said, adding that it was Prime Minister Modi’s stature on the world stage that allowed India safely return more than 22,000 Indians stuck in Ukraine.
