Chikkaballapura: According to sources, the District Administration will open the historic Nandi Hill Station to tourists from Tuesday December 1.
On Saturdays and Sundays, tourists who have reserved accommodations in advance can stay in the Hill Station. Tourists in general will not be allowed. The District Administration has stated that travellers must adhere to the Covid rules.
Due to a landslide caused by heavy rain on August 24, entry to the famous Hill Station was prohibited. At the landslide site, a new road has been constructed. On Tuesday Deputy Commissioner R. Latha, SP G. K. Mithun Kumar, and PWD officials inspected the tourist arrangements in the Hill Station.
