Chitradurga: Reacting to the violent protests taking place in various parts of the country in retaliation to the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), 2019, BJP state president and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has held the Congress party responsible for the deterioration of law and order in the country.

Speaking to the media on Monday, December 16, he lambasted the Congress party and said, “Under the guise of protesting against the CAA, the Congress party is attempting to set the whole country on fire. It is already on the verge of extinction and inspite of their devastating situation, it has opted to indulge in the British model of ‘divide and rule’. Let me be clear that this bill has nothing to do with the Muslim community.”
