Bengaluru: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in the State has questioned Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Amrit Paul over the Police Sub-Inspectors’ (PSI) recruitment scam.
He was heading the recruitment cell for last two years. It can be recalled here that over 30 candidates who obtained the top ranks have been found to have indulged in malpractices.
Further, it is alleged that they have been helped by middlemen and police officials.
