Bengaluru: Puneeth Rajkumar has been an inspiration to thousands by donating his eyes. Thus it is befitting that he has been made the ambassador for the ‘Namma Drishti Namma Karnataka’ (Our vision, Our Karnataka) campaign, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.

Speaking after launching the campaign organised by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Dr. Rajkumar Trust and Essilor Vision Foundation on Tuesday March 29, Bommai said that, “Puneeth showed us all that one can achieve something in a small age. His influence on each one us will keep Puneeth alive, he noted.
“I am amazed at the influence he has had on huge number of people from across the society,” he added.
