Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai along with his wife have visited the newly-constructed Temple corridor on Tuesday December 14, a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of the Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Varanasi.
He informed that the corridor will increase religious tourism in the country.
According to sources, CM Bommai said that he is extremely happy after visiting the temple. “There is cleanliness, and the way it has been built and implemented reflects Prime Minister Modi’s ideology. With the opening of the Kashi Vishwanath corridor, several Lord Shiva pilgrims from South India will pay obeisance to the Temple in Kashi, and religious tourism would be boosted in the country,” he added.
