Bengaluru: Opposition Party Leader Siddaramaiah on Sunday October 17 said that the decision on Chief Minister’s post will be decided by the party high command, and that too after winning 2023 State Assembly elections.
Speaking to media persons Siddu said that Basavaraj Bommai was made the Chief Minister by the BJP High command and not the MLAs. “Similarly, the decision in Congress party will be taken by the high command, which we all will agree with.”
Hence, Siddaramaiah said that whether he will become the CM after 2023 elections is not for the MLAs or for him to decide, but it is to the discretion of the party high command.
