Bengaluru: The Bangalore University (BU) Postgraduate and Research Scholars’ Association has declared a bandh at the university on Monday May 30.
The protest is in response to a police complaint filed against two research researchers by Finance Officer (In-Charge) Jayalakshmi R.
According to the association, the protest will begin at 10.00 am in front of the university’s Administrative Block and over 2,000 students will take part.
Students have also stated that they will not attend classes on Monday.
