Bengaluru: After fruitful results including a clear direction for the party in the 2022 State Assembly election at the state level Chintan Shivir in which only selected 400 were invited, the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) decided to hold similar Shivirs at the District-level also.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President D. K. Shivakumar has written a letter in this regard to the state units.
In his letter, he asked the District units to hold Shivir by end of June and send a report to the KPCC.
Shivakumar also pointed out that all the GP members, former GP, TP, ZP members and MLAs, KPCC and DCC leaders should participate in this Shivir without fail. These Shivirs should resolve all the pending issues between the local leaders to ensure that in the 2022 election, Congress will return to power in the State.
