Bengaluru: A city sessions court ordered for the seizure of three cars belonging to the BBMP.
R Harish, a contractor working with the sewage processing unit had moved to the court following the BBMP defaulting clearance of his bill to the tune of Rs.66 lakhs. Based on his petition the court directed the seizure of the three BBMP cars till all the bills are cleared.
Meanwhile, the BBMP authorities informed that only a few bills are pending due to the verification process. “The court will be informed about the process,” informed authorities.
