Bengaluru: The State on Tuesday April 19 recorded 62 new Covid positive cases and zero death.
According to the State Health Department, of the total positive cases, Bengaluru Urban District reported 57 cases while Dakshina Kannada and Shivamogga Districts recorded two cases each. One more case was reported from Mysuru.
In all 48 people have been discharged with active cases standing at 1,487. The positivity rate for the day stands at 0.78 per cent.
