Bengaluru: Delay in the Metro service between Mysuru road station and the Baiyappanahalli stations, on Wednesday morning created inconvenience to the commuters.
According to the passengers, as per the schedule, the train should have approached the Vijayanagara station by 5.30 am. But till 5.45 am the train didn’t arrive. As the security guards and other staff were unaware of this delay in the service the commuters faced a lot of inconvenience.
“Many passengers who had taken token for the journey were forced to return. There was no refunding. Authorities were not even in a position to update at what time the trains would arrive,” said Shashikant, a commuter on his social media post.
