Ramanagar: Congress strongman DK Shivakumar seems to be controversy’s favourite child. After being caught in eye of storm for one or the other reason, a watch has now landed DKShi in trouble.
As per a Kannada news portal, the controversy started when the Department of Public Education organised an event to felicitate the top scorers of SSLC and PUC examination and the Kanakapura legislator utilised the opportunity to get some political mileage by distributing watches to the students.
These watches had his images printed on the dial. The incident made the opposition allege that the MLA has misused the government programme for his own gains.
At least 3000 students had become witness to the event, reported news18kannada.
