Bengaluru: The State High Court on Monday March 28 expressed its dissatisfaction over Compliance Affidavit filed before it by the State Government regarding setting up goshalas for stray cattle in State.
The Court has instructed the Government to take action for setting up goshalas in the lands identified and file the report in June next. The court said that it was not satisfied with details in Compliance Affidavit.
Further, the Court noted that the documents prepared with regard to steps taken to establish goshalas too were unsatisfactory and needs resubmission.
