Bengaluru: A public memorial event in respect of former union minister Ananth Kumar, who passed away recently will be held in the National College Grounds of the city, on Thursday evening. Union Finance minister Arun Jaitley will participate in the event.
According to the organisers, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, former CM Siddaramaiah, BS Yeddyurappa, Jagadish Shettar and other dignitaries are attending the event.
“Several union and state ministers, religious leaders are also expected to attend the event,” informed organisers.
Prior to the event, an exhibition of photos under the title Chitra Namana will be held.
