Bengaluru: Former MLA, KMF director, Congress leader MP Ravindra, son of former Deputy Chief Minister MP Prakash is no more. Ravindra was suffering from an undisclosed ailment for the last one year and he breathed his last at a private hospital in the city.
According to the doctors who were treating him, Ravindra was suffering from multiple organ failure and was on life support system. He was 49-years-old and was elected to the state legislature in 2013 from Harapanahalli, after defeating Karunakara Reddy of the BJP.
His body will be kept in the Gandhibhavan for public homage. Final rites will be held in Harapanahalli on Saturday evening.
