Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday November 21 stressing on Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) clean up said that no one involved in BDA corruption will be protected.

Speaking to mediapersons here Bommai said that he had already initiated action by instructing officials concerned to conduct enquiry following complaints of corruption in BDA from the public as well as BDA Chairman and MLA S. R. Vishwanath. It is a positive sign that now it has come to the notice of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) following which they have conducted the raid on Friday November 19 and Saturday November 20. Let’s wait for the truth to emerge, he added..

Further, we will fully co-operate with ACB, and provide whatever permission they seek. BJP Government too want to root out corruption, and therefore we would want guilty to be punished however big they are, he added.
