Bengaluru: According to certain sources, Chief Minister of Karnataka H D Kumaraswamy and PWD Minister H D Revanna might be having some differences over the starting date of the Belagavi winter session.

HDK had decided to hold the winter session from December 3 to 15 but this directly clashes with his brother Revanna’s suggestion of beginning the same on the 5th as it is considered to be more auspicious.

In this scenario, Kumaraswamy has sent a temporary timetable to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Ramesh Kumar and Chairman of the Legislative Council Basavaraj Horatti respectively.

With regard to this, Ramesh Kumar and Basavaraj Horatti have now decided to hold a meeting to discuss the necessary preparations to be made on November 19.
