II PUC exams likely to begin on May 24: Suresh Kumar

kumar suresh 29012021Bengaluru: Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar on Friday, announced that the second year PUC exams will likely begin on May 24 and go on till June 10.

Making the announcement, the said that the dates have been set taking into consideration the Covid situation, completion of the syllabus, and dates of other competitive exams. He also informed that the government will consider objections to the dates that have been announced.

Speaking further, minister Suresh Kumar said that even though regular classes will begin on February 1, students’ attendance won’t be mandatory and they can choose if they want to continue their classes online, as recommended by the Centre.

Just on Thursday, the department of education announced the tentative dates for the SSLC 10 standard board exams, which are likely to begin on June 14.
