Bengaluru: BJP National President J. P. Nadda will visit Chitradurga City on June 18.
He is participating in the convention of party members elected for GPs, and various other rural and urban local bodies.
Over 6,000 people’s representatives from across the State will participating in this event.
“The idea is preparing the party for the next Assembly election. The party is planning to keep its activists and grass-root level leaders active in the party organisation,” explained a BJP leader.
Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai, former CM B. S. Yediyurappa and others will participate in this convention.
A Reception Committee has been formed under the leadership of Transport Minister B. Sreeramulu to ensure the success of the event.
