Kadalekai Parishe: Traffic diversion in Basavanagudi till Dec 1

Bengaluru: Kadalekai Parishe, the annual groundnut festival will begin at Bull Temple Road in the City on Monday November 29. In order to facilitate the smooth conduct of the festival, traffic diversions will be in force around Basavanagudi area from Monday November 29 till Wednesday December 1.

Vehicles coming from Chamarajapete and Gandhi Bazaar should take a right turn at Ramakrishna Ashram and move towards Hanumanthanagar via Hayavadana Rao Road, Gavipuram Road and Mount Joy Road, while vehicles coming from the RV Teachers’ College Junction and BP Wadia Road should turn right at Tagore Circle and go through Gandhi Bazaar Main Road and Ashram junction to move towards Hayavadana Rao Road and Gavipuram Road.

Further, the vehicles moving from Thyagarajanagara and Banashankari have to turn left at Kamat Yatri Nivas Road to reach KG Nagar Main Road and proceed towards Chamarajapete.
