Bengaluru: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will address a farmers’ convention in Bengaluru on Thursday April 21. The visit by Kejriwal comes ahead of the State’s Assembly elections next year.
The Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha (KRRS) group, led by Kodihalli Chandrashekar, has invited him to speak.
The convention is being organised to demand that the State Government withdraw amendments to the land reforms Act and the APMC Act, as well as a statutory guarantee for a minimum support price.
