Kolar: The BJP Government at the Centre has been giving a lot of emphasis on the education of children in the country and has allocated Rs. 25,000 Crore every year in the country. Senior BJP leader K. Chandra Reddy said well-equipped school buildings are being constructed using this fund.
He was speaking after distributing free uniforms given by Gram Panchayat members H. R. Srinivas and Suresh Babu as part of Children’s Day celebrations at Hunsanahalli Village in the taluk on Monday November 14. Vidyadaan is the most important of all donations. In this regard, he said teachers should provide quality education for the all-round development of poor children as a competition from private schools.
He further added, “In today’s modern era, children should put aside the mobile addiction and inculcate the habit of reading more and more books. He said that since the Central Government is giving more emphasis to the education sector, funds have been released for the construction of new buildings in 21 schools in the taluk.
