Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) have announced free travel for students writing the SSLC exam from March 28 to April 11.
The students can travel from home to the exam centre after producing the hall ticket or student pass issued in 2021-2022. This move has been announced as per notification order issued by the State Transport Department.
This year a total of 8,73,794 students have registered for SSLC exams.
