Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has decided to operate an additional 300 on Wednesday April 13, ahead of the general and weekend holidays beginning on April 14.
Due to the general and weekend vacations, more buses would be operated from Bengaluru to places throughout the State. Special services are being provided to Kannur, Vadakara, Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Kasaragodu, and Kottayam in Kerala in honour of Vishu and Easter, stated a press release.
The buses will operate from Bengaluru to Belagavi, Kundapura, Dharmasthala, Gokarna, Horanadu, Mangaluru, Madikeri, Sringeri, Udupi and Kukke Subramanya. They will also operate in Madurai, Kodaikanal, Ooty, Thanjavur, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Nelluru, Shirdi, Panaji, Puducherry, and other places in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharastra, and Goa.
On Sunday, special buses will run from several locations in Karnataka to Bengaluru and other places.
