Bengaluru: Karnataka Assembly passed Karnataka Goods and Service Tax (Amendment) Bill, Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Bill and the Karnataka Police (Amendment) Bill on Tuesday September 21.
The State Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister JC Madhuswamy said The Karnataka GST (Amendment) Bill was om tune with the changes brought by the Central Government to the Central GST Law.
The Town and Country Planning (Amendment)Bill intended to overcome the ambiguity in the Town and Country Planning Act.
The minister said, “Karnataka Police (Amendment) Bill is intended to curb the gaming and gambling through internet or mobile applications.”
